RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If there is any defect in the item(s) that you have purchased from our site, you can return it to us and after we have approved your returned item based on our inspection, you will be given the option to choose either to receive a full refund of your purchase amount or a replacement of the same item. If the items that you have returned are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we can and you will be given the option to either receive a full refund or buy another item of the same value.
In order to return any products that you have purchased, you will have to contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or a replacement if you are unable to contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your purchase. If your returned item is in stock, you will be able to obtain a replacement within a specified duration which depends on the purchased item and which is also subject to change.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Product tags must not be tampered with and it must also be in its original packaging. In addition, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Only defective items will be accepted for returns. Returns due to differences of the actual product appearance with the likeliness of the product images displayed on the site will not be accepted (Please refer to section 7.0 of our Terms of Service). Besides that, returns due to differences in size of clothing and apparel will also not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Approval or rejection of your refund or replacement will be at our sole discretion, and we will notify you as soon as we can on whether your returned item have been approved or not. In the event that your returned item is not defective, in an unsuitable condition, or by any means we have decided to reject your returned item, we reserve the right to not replace or refund your returned item. We shall not be held liable to you or to any third party for any losses, costs, liabilities or damages that may arise as a result of any such rejection.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: No. 55, Jalan Batu Unjur 5, Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang, 10, 41200, Malaysia. Any shipping costs that you incur as a result of returning any items to us will be absorbed by us; however you will be required to provide us of proof of the costs that you have incurred. For refunds, you will be required to fill up our refund request form and we will bank in the money to the account that you have provided.
